Returns Center

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you must request a return or exchange within 30 days after the date the order was placed. If approved, the item must be sent back within one week from the date of approval. We cannot accept late returns. The item must be unused, unwashed, free of any odors or pet hair, and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must also be in the original clear plastic packaging (if applicable). Any items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and sent back to the customer. Custom, wholesale and Academy Webstore purchases are final and cannot be returned.
